Present Perfect + for / since

Утвердительные предложения в Present Perfect с for / since можно строить с глаголами:   

to be

to have

to know

to live

to work

 НА РУССКИЙ ЯЗЫК ПЕРЕВОДИМ НАСТОЯЩИМ ВРЕМЕНЕМ.
Смысл высказывания:

1. это происходит со мной сейчас
2. оно происходит в течение определенного времени

 Примеры:
I have lived in Saint Petersburg since I was born.
I have lived in Saint Petersburg for 11 years.

I have had my mobile phone for 1 year.
I have known Peter since I was 3.
